SAFETY

Safety is everyone's responsibility. It is important for all of the rowing community including rowers, coxswains and coaches to be safety conscious on the water while training but also at regattas.

Safety should be a top priority in our sport. The Canterbury Rowing Association expects all of the rowing community to have high safety awareness on and off the water.

Rowing New Zealand has provided documents that may be helpful in developing or reviewing your safety programme at your rowing club.

Please review these Safety Resources and become familiar with the requirements.
